John is the Marketing and Finance Director of OPSKiC Group where he has built strong relationships with local and international clients and investors. He has acquired in excess of £100m worth of property across the Australian local market. John has gained a reputation for his resilience in securing complex deals for personal and corporate clients where he has built an impressive record in sales.

John holds an MBA and a Building Engineering degree and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Australia.

Li-Peng Chung

Li-Peng is the Director and Founder of OPSKiC Group and has worked in the London property market since moving to the UK in 2007. She is highly experienced in understanding the UK property market.

Li-Peng’s professional, energetic and tenacious approach to building a reputable development company has won her huge loyalty and trust amongst her colleagues, specialist advisors, equity investors and local real estate agents. Her ambition is to build a hospital and create a Foundation in memory of her father.

Lina Chung

Creative Director

 

 

Lina is the Creative Director of OPSKiC Group. She started her career at the age of 22 years as the owner and Co-founder of one of Australia’s most successful independent supermarkets in Australia and so brings a diverse range of skills and knowledge to the team.

 

Lina has a long held interest in property and a dynamic flare for interior design. She is attentive to detail and has an empathetic understanding of buyer’s tastes and ambitions, and a precise awareness of timescale and budget. Lina is currently completing her MBA.

Tom Eibich

 

 

Tom is a Studio Director at Watkins Gray International. He is an architect with over 20 years of experience and has extensive knowledge in working across several of our sectors including residential, commercial and industrial. Committed to our philosophy of design being the art and science of building, he balances a passion for concepts and ideas with an acute technical and regulatory knowledge, bringing strong leadership and control to all of his work.

 

Tom brings to the OPSKiC team a depth of experience in architectural design and the ability to develop a design from the concept to the detail, and with that is able to lead a design team through the process of successfully delivering complex and demanding projects.

Alistair Walker

 

 

Alistair heads Watkins Gray International as a Member of the LLP, getting involved in a full range of business activities and leading our business relationship with a number of key clients. He has a broad knowledge across the sectors, working closely with the individual sector specialists within the Practice. He has led the Practice’s “wider regeneration” initiative using the knowledge of clients, land and assets across sectors to try and unlock development potential and value.

 

Having spent over thirty years in professional practice he has worked in the UK, mainland Europe and the Far East. With this deep knowledge and experience of the industry he has also been involved with a number of national representative organisations and industry related publications and initiatives.

Harry Townley

 

Harry established Scotts Development Management in 2016 having spent 29 years working for Balfour Beatty where, as a Board Director, he spent the last 16 years leading the development management of the London major projects business. During this time Harry developed and maintained relationships with key international and UK developers, TfL and many London Boroughs. In doing so he was responsible to the Balfour Beatty Board for the delivery of mixed sector developments in various sectors including commercial, residential, leisure, retail, education, healthcare and industrial.

Harry is Managing Director of Scotts and brings to the OPSKiC team a breadth of knowledge of real estate development as well as the experience of delivering projects through to their successful completion.
